General FAQs
We dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 2–5 business days after your order has been shipped. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your parcel is on its way.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, a flat rate of R170 will be applied to all orders in South Africa. If your order is over R2500, your shipping will be free.
Yes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within our returns period. Email simone@straystore.com or candice@straystore.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.
