Refund policy
We want you to love your STRAY purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
You may return or exchange your item within 14 working days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions below.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned for an exchange, refund or online store credit within 14 working days of the date of purchase.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and swing tickets still attached.
- We will arrange the collection of your return directly from your door to make the process as simple as possible.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, your exchange item will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
Refunds
- Refunds and online store credits will be processed once your returned item has been received and approved by our quality control team.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds processed via Stitch Money may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account. Unfortunately, this processing time is determined by the payment provider and is outside of our control.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at simone@straystore.com or candice@straystore.com.
We'll arrange collection of the item at no cost to you and, depending on your preference, either send the correct replacement or issue a full refund.
