Shipping policy

We offer free delivery to major city centres within South Africa on orders over R2,000.

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. As soon as your parcel has been collected by one of our trusted courier partners, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

We dispatch all orders from Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal.

Estimated delivery times:

• Major city centres: 1–3 business days (please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods).
• Outlying areas: 3–5 business days.

While we always strive to deliver within these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to courier networks or factors beyond our control.
